The first paragraph of page 1 states
"[...] no one has ever, in all human history, observed true evolution taking place anywhere. [...]"
However, evolution as defined by biologists *has* been observed to occur, many times in both the field and the lab. Any way you slice it, Morris' statement is a lie. If Morris means by "true evolution" what evolution is defined to be, then it is a lie because such has been observed. If by "true evolution" Morris means something other than what biologists call evolution, the statement is a lie because he wishes people to mistakenly take his criticism to apply to evolution, the biological concept, and not "true evolution", Morris' private misconception of biology.

Page 1, paragraph 3:
"Evolutionists allege that evolution is a proved scientific fact, based on a multitude of scientific proofs, but they are unable to document even one of these supposed proofs!"
Kettlewell's work on industrial melanism in Biston betularia demonstrates this to be another out-and-out baldfaced lie by Morris.
Morris does not understand what he presumes to criticize.
