BOC was in concert in my hometown in November, 1981. Because of a set of photos that I had done of the recent Tom Petty concert in Gainesville, Florida, I managed to cadge a favor from the concert producer to let me into the concert with my photo gear. These photos came out of that opportunity.
I arrived early and came prepared. Two friends came with me to make sure that I neither got stepped on or lost any of the gear I went in with. I shot a test roll of the opening act, Foghat, and labelled it for test processing.
The BOC lineup that night, so far as I could tell, was Buck Dharma, Eric Bloom, Joe Bouchard, Alan Lanier, and Rick Downey. At least, I think that's Rick Downey.
