Notes about Developing WWW Projects

This document is partly based on notes to co-workers from the Government Documents/Microtext unit at the library where I work about developing a WWW home page. The information may be useful for defining the development of WWW projects in general. The ideas recorded here have become common knowledge for thousands of people (though not because of my comments). When I gathered these ideas and wrote my account, it seemed like no one near me was putting these ideas in order.
