Bethlehem is a member of the Texas - Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
America serving as the people of God in historic Round Top, in northern Fayette County, Texas. Our national church magazine is The Lutheran. Many other resources can be reached through the ELCA website.
We worship in the oldest Lutheran sanctuary in Texas on Sundays at 9 a.m. with a message for children
as well as adults . Holy Communion is celebrated every Sunday during the seasons of Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent and Easter. During the season of Pentecost, Holy Communion is celebrated on the first and third Sundays of each month and on Festival Sundays. On the first and third Sundays of every month we have a toddler worship at 8:00 a.m. Fellowship time and Sunday School for pre-schoolers and older begins at
10:15 a.m. in the Educational Building. Other fellowship and Bible Study opportunities are available
throughout the month and year.
Tours are available through the Round Top Historical Society or by
calling the church office. Tourists are welcome to visit unguided. Historical brochures are available.
We welcome all who seek a church family and spiritual home.
